Islamic Sharia law faculty
As an Islamic country, Sharia organizations in Afghanistan has great value and important role among other organizations. It has direct and indirect roles to social, cultural and political fields of a society, considering its importance to our Islamic community. Therefor Islamic subjects are the important subjects. Services which we provide tries wisely in spreading and promoting of Islamic education services.
This faculty started its activities in the year 2011 to provide educational facilities for students to continue their higher educations in the following two departments:
1. Feqh and Law Department:
Particular aims of this department is to train professional cadres for judiciary organizations in the future. These professional cadres will be the most important sources of decision making, to judge according to guidance which almighty Allah descended through Mohammad P.B.U.H to humans in order to accommodate them in judiciary system and law of the country.
Program content: The Bachelor of Islamic Sharia law applies a credit based system. Successful graduates must complete 152 credit hours over four years of full time study either in the mornings or evenings.

Lecturers: 22 professors and Islamic characters provide services in teaching enthusiasts of Islamic knowledge.
Timings and Attendance: Attending classes is compulsory for all undergraduate students. Classes are held between the hours of 05:30 – 08:00 AM first session, 9:00 – 11:30 AM Second Session, 01:30 – 04:00 PM Third session and 05:00 – 07:30 PM Fourth session on all weekdays.
