Tabish University presented a seminar on organizational communication to its teachers and administrative staff.

The chancellor of the university, Dr. Khair Mohammad Momand, in his introductory speech, called this issue important and requested everyone’s special attention. Mr. Momand expressed his happiness that work is being done to improve the capacity of teachers and staff and the result is positive.

Head of Public Relations and Publications, Sir Firdous Basharmal, explained the background, importance, elements, channels, process, types and strategies of effective communication. Mr. Basharmal explained the barriers to understanding in general and the barriers in organizational communication in particular and showed the ways to eliminate the barriers.

The Vice-Chancellor of Academic Affairs of the University, Sir Muhibullah Allah Yar, called the materials of the seminar useful and promised to use every possible means to improve the capacity of teachers, staff and students.
